We are in the early stages of developing a new healthcare facility andlooking for passionate and skilled professionals to join us as we prepare to launch this exciting new chapter in patient care.This provider will manage general surgery cases while also leading, managing, and directing all clinical services to achieve specialty goals.Responsibilities willinclude overseeing the appropriateness, quality, efficiency and effectiveness of medical care, with a focus on driving operational excellence and fostering growth.Additionally, this provider will assist with physician recruitment for this respective specialty.
Job Details:

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy
- American Board of Surgery Board Eligible/Board Certified Surgeon
- Able to obtain IN licensure
- Candidates with 3+ years of experience is preferred
- Experience in leadership and management is preferred
