JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active Massachusetts medical license
• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
• Experience: Residency completion in good standing
• Other Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, communication, and clinical skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to travel between sites as needed

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Refer patients to specialists as appropriate
• Participate in quality improvement and utilization review efforts
• Teach and mentor medical trainees
• Represent the health center within the community and external bodies
• Serve on relevant committees as needed
• Engage in continued medical education and development
• Promote system-wide healthcare improvement initiatives
