A Board Eligible/Board Certified OB-GYN to join a hospital-employed practice located in LaPorte, Indiana. This is a non-profit Catholic health system serving Indiana and Illinois. Provider will join our growing, thriving practice that includes three experienced physicians.

- Practice with 3 experienced physicians
- Will assist to provide collaboration and supervision of Nurse Practitioner
- Average outpatient volume: 20 - 25 patients per day
- Average inpatient volume: 2 - 3 per day
- Average deliveries: 5 - 6 per month
- Blocked OR time with Da Vinci Robotics on site
- Ultrasound on site
- J1 waivers (for 2025 graduates) and H1B candidates are welcome
- Located 45 minutes from downtown Chicago and in close proximity to Michigan
