The Medical Assistant at the Sleep Disorder Clinic supports physicians and office staff by performing patient care activities in accordance with nursing standards and Mercy's caring philosophy. The role involves patient interaction, clinical support tasks such as taking vital signs, assisting with procedures, and maintaining electronic health records. Preferred qualifications include graduation from a medical assistant program and relevant patient care experience, with required training provided by Mercy.

Position Details:SLEEP DISORDER CLINIC - DAYSHOSPITAL SPRINGFIELD, MOPosition Experience Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Education Preferred: Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program

Experience Preferred: One year of applicable patient care experience or applicable medical office experience as defined by the clinic

New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training
