Our client, a contract manufacturer within the chemical industry, with customers in personal care, nutrition, health, and homecare; is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team within their bottling/packaging plant. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the bottling plant operations. 

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio 45204

$100,000-$130,000 +5%  Bonus
 

What's the Job?

  • Lead and develop a team of maintenance professionals to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.
  • Manage and improve preventive maintenance programs and autonomous maintenance initiatives.
  • Analyze downtime and defects to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing efforts.
  • Utilize CMMS software to plan maintenance activities, manage spare parts inventory, and track performance metrics.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in maintenance or reliability engineering roles.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a highly regulated industry such as food, pharma, or similar sectors.
  • Hands-on leadership style with at least 75% of time spent on the plant floor.
  • Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, autonomous maintenance, and predictive maintenance systems.
  • MUST have packaging and/or bottling experience!!
