Executive Chef – Growing Restaurant Group

We are a rapidly expanding, independent restaurant group seeking an Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. With multiple new concepts in development, we’re looking for a driven and talented individual to help us scale with consistency, creativity, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and inspire back-of-house staff across all levels
  • Oversee all culinary operations, including menu development, food cost management, and execution standards
  • Ensure consistency and quality across multiple concepts and locations
  • Manage kitchen budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Foster a positive and professional kitchen culture
  • Collaborate with ownership and front-of-house management on concept development and guest experience
  • Stay current with industry trends and incorporate innovative culinary techniques and seasonal ingredients

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a high-volume, chef-driven restaurant environment
  • Proven success in a leadership role as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine
  • Strong understanding of food and labor cost control and budget management
  • Ability to develop and execute seasonal, creative, and profitable menus
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Experience implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Adept at hiring, training, and retaining culinary talent
  • TIPs and ServSafe certification required
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
