Practice Environment:• Hospital is Stroke Certified• Average patient census: 1-10• Assigned and unassigned patients• 30-minute call response time required• Potential weekend rounding based on weekly surgical volume• EMR: Cerner

Procedures & Scope:• Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG)• Valvular Surgery including:- Aortic- Tricuspid- Mitral

Candidate Requirements:• Board Certified Cardiovascular Surgeon - Required• Active Arizona license or IMLC accepted• ACLS - Required
