UPMC Western Maryland is seeking a dedicated OB Hospitalist to join our well-established team. This position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional inpatient OB care while working in a collaborative, state-of-the-art environment.
Position Highlights
- Schedule: Full-time position with a 14-day-per-month, 24-hour block schedule, designed to provide a balanced work-life approach.
- Scope of Practice: Focused on inpatient OB/GYN care, including triage, deliveries, emergency GYN procedures, and postpartum care.
- Team: Join a collaborative group of experienced physicians, midwives, and advanced practice providers.
- DaVinci Robot: Access to advanced minimally invasive surgical technology.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $360,000 with no additional call requirements.
- Sign-On Bonus: $20,000.
- Relocation Allowance: $10,000 to support your transition. (If applicable)
- Malpractice Coverage: Occurrence-based, ensuring peace of mind.
- CME and Licensing Allowance: $3,000 for CME, plus $2,000 for licensure.
