Opportunity:

Job Details:
• 1 year minimum experience required - unit accepts first-time travelers
• Patient ratio of 6:1 for days, nights, and weekends
• Every other weekend coverage required
• No call responsibilities
• Floating within facility/scope of practice as needed
• 48 hours of orientation provided
• Required certifications: BLS, NIHSS
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Community hospital and LTAC experience preferred
• Must work holidays if they fall during assignment period (1-2 holidays work all, 3 holidays work 2)
• Care for adult and geriatric patients
• Handle diagnoses including stroke, COPD, AKI, chest pain, diabetes, COVID, pneumonia, and general medical surgical conditions
• Skills include isolation precautions, telemetry, oxygen administration, peripheral line care, and use of rapid response/code teams
• Georgia or Compact license required at time of submittal
• Full compliance required to start on time with maximum 7-day RTO
• Must submit core items and complete labs within 48 hours of signing contract
