Required Skills:

• Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology
• Valid Virginia Medical License and DEA certification
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Proficiency in EMR systems, specifically Epic/Beacon
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with outpatient oncology clinics
• Knowledge of solid tumor and malignant hematology management
• Familiarity with extensive patient volume and diverse case types
• Additional certifications in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) or specialized procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Prior experience in a high-volume oncology/hematology outpatient setting
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development

Other Requirements:

• Virginia licensure and DEA registration
• Willingness to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Ability to support clinic operations over a three-month contract
• No travel required; all billable expenses related to licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements (if applicable)

This role offers an hourly pay rate of $507.00, with comprehensive benefits including competitive pay packages, weekly direct deposit, medical coverage, paid sick leave, and reimbursement for licensure, certifications, travel, and related expenses.
