CRNAs function independently in endo
Requirements
Board Certified CRNA with 1+ year experience
Active Kentucky license or IMLC LOQ
Dependable with reliable availability
Travel Accommodations
Full support: airfare, lodging, rental car, mileage
Out-of-area CRNAs preferred
