RTO: Must be <7 days, none in week 1 or on holidays. All RTO must be listed on the cover page. Traveler availability: Submission must include all facilities/states they will accept (e.g., “Any AZ,” “Any CO,” etc.). Candidates must be pre-closed and ready to accept. Notify us immediately if the traveler withdraws or becomes unavailable.
