Seeking a board-eligible/board-certified Internal Medicine physician to join a well-established practice in eastern New Mexico with a flexible 4-day workweek, no inpatient or call responsibilities, and a schedule averaging 36 patient care hours weekly. The position offers competitive salary guarantees, production incentives, relocation and CME allowances, fully paid malpractice insurance, and eligibility for student loan forgiveness programs. Seeking BE/BC Internal Medicine trained physician to join established practice in eastern New Mexico.

Monday - Friday Schedule: Provider will have 36 hours of scheduled patient care and 4 hours of administrative time per week. 4-day work week options with Flexible Schedule
Patient Volume is average 16 to 18 patients per day
No call responsibility
No inpatient responsibilities
Ability to see all ages: newborn to geriatrics
J1 waiver / H1b cap exempt eligible

Compensation & Benefits:
