This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p, night and weekend call
- Job Setting: Clinic or Operating Room
- Types of Cases: Cystoscopy in Office and bread & butter Urology procedures in Operating Room. Adults only - no Pediatrics
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
- Must have an BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- Active Illinois State License or Interstate Medical Compact Licensure in hand
